Fees. Card payments are processed by Stripe; Stripe's processing fees apply to your account. WalletUp currently charges a platform fee of 2.00% on every successful card transaction through a connected Stripe account. The current rate is set out in the Fee Schedule in the Terms of Service and may change on notice. The platform fee of 2.00% applies to every successful card transaction processed through a connected Stripe account, on every plan, licence and account type, with no exemption. The one card route that carries no platform fee is entering your own Stripe API keys in the plugin, which takes the payment off this platform altogether.
